NeoVistas specializes in competency assessment and personality profiling.
We have a dedicated business division, with highly competent and experienced behavior analysts and psychologists, for these services. The team comprises 12 professionals dedicated exclusively for assessment and profiling services, including 4 experienced psychometricians with professional degrees in applied psychology, and people with high academic qualifications in English, Education, Management and Mathematics.

This team is known for developing Mirror, a one-of-its-kind career guidance tool. Mirror uses 90 items, which are rated on a 5-point Likert Scale (a widely used organizational psychology tool), to describe the personalities and list the competencies of students (from among our client universities/colleges) to throw light on what may be the best careers for them.

Further, we develop various kinds of aptitude and general tests, which are known for the results they achieve! In this sphere, we help in test content generation, digitally enabling the tests, and their Web-and computer-based administration. These, in fact, have resulted in students receiving certification from the University of Washington, USA, for its programs in India.

We have also developed several computer adaptive tests, GRE simulations, English language proficiency tests, and domain tests for international clients.
